[sdlgkjsdg WHAT ARE YOU WORRIED ABOUT he's fine okay... grumble grumble.

but even sleepy he is on auto-pilot to try and dissuade Cain's fears, so he is shifting sluggishly to deposit Cain on the bed beside him, then crawling to... half-flop on him, like his brother were a teddy bear to be cuddled into his side as he sleeps.
